Site Work Crew Members 

Responsibilities include:
•Assisting our Site Work Foreman with equipment operation (skid steer, mini excavator, dozer, etc.)
•Installation of footings
•Forming and pouring concrete
•Storm drain installation
•Final grading and site preparation

Requirements:

•Valid driver’s license

•Minimum 2 years of verifiable site work or equipment operating experience

•Positive attitude and strong work ethic

•Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback

•Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

Hardscape / Landscape / Irrigation Crew 

Responsibilities include:

•Assisting the Hardscape Foreman with:

•Retaining wall installation

•Paver patios

•Artificial turf

•Landscape installation

•Landscape lighting

•Irrigation systems

Requirements:
•Reliable transportation to and from work
•Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
•2 years of experience preferred, but not required for candidates willing to learn quickly and work hard

*Pay for both Crews will be discussed during the interview process based on experience
